MÜLLER DOCU TRIM VARIABLE HIGH-PEFORMANCE CUTTING SYSTEM

Modern cut-sheet processing online (Canon i200, i300, VP6000) and online in the highest quality. Dynamic perforation. Position-independent slit cuts and cut-outs to net formats. Sheet processing with up to 4-up.
Application
Finishing of the marketing documents printed by Canon VarioPrint i300: The full-bleed documents in SRA3 format are trimmed to 2 x A4 and dynamically perforated. The finished documents are stacked to offset.

MÜLLER 6700 UNIVERSAL SHEET PROCESSING SYSTEM

Maximum benefit through maximum flexibility at 150 meters / min with 60,000 documents in double cut: 1-up to 4-up, camera-controlled, dynamic paper lengths, optional with dynamic perforation and punching. Ideal for diversity in the print-on-demand segment.
Application
Online at the Océ ColorStream 6000, various customer applications from the transaction area are processed.

MÜLLER 7700 UNIVERSAL MAIL-TRACKING SYSTEM

30,000 mailings per hour of all formats, independently of the inserting system. Depending on the status, the letters are passed through or checked out; if necessary also the previous letter.
Application
Offline with DL format and integrated into the multi-format inserting system Müller 8300 with C4 format. The extensive software package from edataprocessing makes the Müller 7700 an integrated solution concept for the transmission tracking and list tracking.

MÜLLER BoD with Domino K630i incl. Web-Inspection

Digitally printed and online-folded signatures are created by the Müller Signature on Demand for booklets and books.
Application
Black-and-white continuous prints are taken from the Domino K630i and made into 16- or 32-page signatures from the fully automatic MB-Bäuerle folder. The print is monitored by the Lake Image Web-Verification. Afterwards a dynamic perforation is punched with the Müller DP3000.
